Manhunt: Chase with Friends

Manhunt turns your city into a playing field: one team hunts the other. The Runners get a head start, hide — and have to stay undetected until time runs out. The Hunters track them down using regular GPS location pings. How it works: - Create a lobby with a code and invite friends via link - The host sets the game duration, ping interval, runner head start and an optional play area boundary - Runners automatically send their location at the set interval - Anyone who gets caught reports it themselves at the tap of a button — the game continues for everyone else - Throw off your opponents with wildcards and tactically placed fake pings For those who like things precise, the app comes with sample rules — freely adaptable by every group — covering catching, allowed locations, safety and fairness. Privacy matters to us: location data is only processed during an active round and is automatically deleted as soon as the round ends. No sharing with third parties, no tracking outside the game. Manhunt is completely free. It's a small hobby project that started out just for our own friends — and is now available to everyone.
